Screw Vacuum Pumps

Our screw technology enables contactless vacuum generation within the pump chamber. This ensures contamination-free and clean operation. The screw vacuum pumps are designed for high vapor and liquid tolerances, are easy to maintain, durable, and feature remarkably low life cycle costs.

The pump housing incorporates synchronized screw rotors that efficiently compress gases while simultaneously reducing noise and vibration. Variable pitch models further enhance efficiency through gas cooling with each pitch change. Cooling is achieved via a water-cooled external chamber, ensuring consistent performance even under demanding conditions.

How it Works: Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps

The S-Series screw vacuum pumps operate on the principle of internal compression, using synchronized screw rotors for efficient, contact-free operation.
Two parallel screw-shaped rotors—one with a right-hand thread and the other with a left-hand thread—turn in opposite directions inside the compressor housing without friction. Gas is transported into the compression chamber, where it is compressed axially from the suction side to the discharge side.
In variable pitch models, the gas is cooled at each pitch change, optimizing efficiency and reducing heat buildup. Cooling is achieved through a water-cooled outer chamber, with optional cooling gas for specific pump sizes. This design ensures durability, low noise levels, and minimal vibration, making the S-Series pumps ideal for demanding industrial applications.
